Amidst the rising number of new Coronavirus cases in Nigeria, the FG has relaxed the lockdown directive that was meant to flatten the pandemic curve. Since the easing by the FG, the daily number of new cases has tripled, particularly in Lagos State, yet people seem not bothered and go about their businesses like it’s a normal day.

Pulse.ng reported a day ago that, the Enugu government has allowed religious gathering from May 10. While we understand that more than half of the population make ends meet from daily wage, why aren’t we looking at the end goal of sanctifying the economy and making it habitable for all?

Would you rather the country is on a free-fall than a fragment of people holding off till it’s safe for everyone to go out?
